We build your account

A person from our team sets up your Essentials tenant and emails your login. We do not auto-provision from a form, because getting your fleet structure right at the start saves you re-entering it later.

02 — Your first week

Load your fleet

Add vehicles and drivers, or send us what you already hold — a spreadsheet, a fleet list, an export from your current system — and we will load it for you. DVLA and MOT data populates against your registrations automatically.

03 — Day 30

Decide, or do nothing

The trial does not convert on its own. If you want to continue, it is £6.95 per vehicle per month at the price published on the pricing page. If not, tell us and we will close it. Either way there is no sequence.

Trial questions

Do I need a card to start?

No. You only need a card on file if you want to run DVLA licence checks during the trial. Those are billed from day one at an introductory £2.95 per check, because each check carries a real cost to us. Everything else in Essentials is open for the full 30 days with nothing to pay.

What happens at the end of the 30 days?

Nothing automatic. The trial does not roll into a paid subscription by itself and no card is charged without you choosing to continue. If you want to carry on, it is £6.95 per vehicle per month, the price published on the pricing page. If you do not, tell us and we will close the account.

Is the whole platform included?

The whole of Essentials is, which is the compliance platform: vehicle and driver records, duty of care, DVLA and MOT, fines and accident logging, SECR reporting from your records, and P11D. The connected-vehicle tiers, Intelligence and Enterprise, are not part of the trial because every connected vehicle carries a manufacturer data cost. We show you those running on demo data instead, and tell you which of your own vehicles qualify to connect.

Do I need to fit hardware or connect anything?

No. Essentials runs on records you already hold, so it works on any fleet whatever the age or mix of the vehicles. There is no tracker to fit, no wiring and no installation appointment. Connecting vehicles only becomes relevant if you move up to Intelligence later.

How small a fleet is worth trialling?

There is no minimum fleet size to trial. A monthly minimum applies to small fleets once you are paying, which the calculator on the pricing page accounts for, so you can see the real number for your fleet before the trial ends.

What do you do with my data?

We use the details on this form to set up and support your trial, which is the only thing we need them for. Marketing email is a separate, optional tick that you can leave unticked without it affecting the trial, and you can unsubscribe from any message in one click. We do not sell or share your details.
