— not a brochure.

Drop a CSV or spreadsheet of your current vehicles. We'll run it through our UK catalogue, BIK dataset and Orbis intelligence engine and send back a named, line-item review — compliance gaps, EV transition shortlist, lease-cost outliers, and the specific vehicles worth revisiting. Real numbers. Your fleet. No sales call unless you ask.

Questions people
actually ask us.

A fleet list is sensitive. We've kept the review free, gentle on your data, and up-front about what we do with it. If you want something covered that isn't here, email hello@orbisio.co.uk.

What do I actually need to upload?
At minimum: registration, make, model, fuel type. Everything else (CO₂, P11D, lease cost, mileage) helps us go deeper but isn't required. We'll fill the gaps from the UK catalogue.
Do I need to strip driver names first?
We'd prefer you did — we don't need them. If you upload a raw export, we'll redact names on import before anyone at Orbis sees the file. Employee codes are fine to keep.
How long do you keep my data?
Files are auto-deleted 30 days after processing. The review output is retained so we can reference it on a follow-up call — unless you ask us to purge it, which we'll do within 72h of the request.
Is this a sales funnel?
Honestly: yes, loosely. You get a real review with real value whether you ever speak to us again. If we see something worth a conversation, we'll say so in the report — but we won't chase.
Can you handle a 500-vehicle upload?
Yes — the tool supports files up to ~25 MB (covers ~10,000 rows comfortably). Fleets above 2,000 vehicles get routed to an analyst directly and the turnaround may extend to 72h.
What if my data is in a weird format?
Drop it anyway. Our importer recognises Lex, Alphabet, Arval, Novuna and Ogilvie templates, plus most custom CSV layouts. If it fails, a human picks it up and normalises it manually — usually within the hour.

Your fleet, reviewed.

No hardware. No platform migration. No sales sequence. Upload once, get a real review back, decide from there.
